What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
The strength of Cognitive Hypnotherapy is that it enables me to tailor my therapy specifically to the needs of the client by drawing on a wide array of approaches including CBT, NLP, Gestalt, time-line therapy, positive psychology and hypnotherapy. I can offer an individually tailored approach to your problem and help you to find freedom from behaviours that may be holding you back from being the person you would like to be.
How Cognitive Hypnotherapy works…
Traditional Hypnotherapy focuses on the therapist guiding you into a trance-like state. Cognitive Hypnotherapy believes hypnotic states are a naturally occurring state of mind. For example, when you daydream during that meeting or get lost in your thoughts. In this relaxed and focused state, your subconscious will be primed to receive positive suggestions based on your model of the world, helping you to quickly reach your solution state.
